کورنا وائرس: دفاعی حکمتِ عملی کےلیے سچائی کی جستجو ضروری ہے

                 

      

         

  

اعداد و شمار اب صاف صاف بتا رہے ہیں کہ 

اگر ناول کورونا وائرس سے 200 یا 400 یا 600 لوگ متاثر ہوئے ہیں تو ان میں سے صرف ایک یا ایک سے کم اپنی زندگی سے ہاتھ دھو بیٹھتا ہے۔ ان اعداد و شمار کی بنیاد دنیا میں جاری شدید جنگ کے میدان اسپین، فرانس، اٹلی، برطانیہ، امریکا اور نیدرلینڈ وغیرہ ہیں۔ اس کا یہ مطلب ہے کہ اگر ہمارے پاس ناول کورونا وائرس کے 200 یا 300 مریض ہیں تو ان میں سے دو انتہائی نگہداشت میں جا سکتے ہیں، جن میں سے ایک کی زندگی بچانا ممکن ہوتی ہے۔ اس ضمن میں نگہداشت کا نظام اور کووِڈ19 کا علاج یقینی طور پر آنے والے وقت میں منظر نامے کو بدل دیں گے۔

دوسری طرف کورونا وائرس اینٹی باڈیز کی موجودگی اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ متعلقہ انسان انفیکشن سے متاثر ہوا تھا اور یقیناً اس کے پھیلنے کا سبب بنا تھا۔ مطالعے میں لاس اینجلس میں اپریل 2020 کے پہلے ہفتے تک 5.6 فیصد اور میساچیوسٹس میں اپریل 2020 کے تیسرے ہفتے تک 32 فیصد (ہر تیسرے فرد) میں اینٹی باڈیز ہونے کا اشارہ کیا گیا ہے۔ رپورٹ میں انکشاف کیا گیا ہے کہ پچھلے ہفتے عطیہ کردہ خون کی جانچ پڑتال پر اسٹاک ہوم میں 11 فیصد اور ہالینڈ میں 3 فیصد نمونوں میں اینٹی باڈیز پائی گئیں۔ وائرس کے انسانی جسم میں کچھ دن مہمان ہونے کے بعد ان اینٹی باڈیز کا تناسب اتنا بڑھ جاتا ہے کہ ٹیسٹ میں اس کا انکشاف ہوسکے۔ مختلف رپورٹیں اور مختلف مطالعات غیر مرض اور پہلے سے علامتی ترسیل کے پھیلاؤ کے نقطوں کو جوڑتے ہیں۔ عوامی مطالعات میں دستیاب اعداد و شمار سے مختلف مطالعات میں 50 سے 85 گنا زیادہ منتقلی (ٹرانسمیشن) کا نتیجہ اخذ کیا گیا ہے۔

اموات میں دوسری پیچیدہ بیماریوں کا کردار 90 فیصد تک پایا گیا ہے۔ ان پیچیدگیوں یا وابستہ امراض میں ہائی بلڈ پریشر، موٹاپا، سانس کی خرابی، ذیابیطس اور گردوں کی بیماریاں وغیرہ شامل ہیں۔ عمر، جنس، وزن اور کہیں نسلی امتیاز شرح اموات کے سلسلے میں مفروضوں کی تصدیق کرتا ہے۔ وینٹی لیٹرز کی قلت اور اندھی آزمائشی ادویہ کے استعمال نکووِڈ19 کے نقصانات اور اموات میں اضافہ کیا۔

لیکن ہر ایک کو خطرہ نہیں۔ پاکستان میں ہر دسو فرد میں کووِڈ19 کے خلاف قدرتی طور پر مؤثر مدافعت کے اشارے ملے ہیں۔ معاشرے میں پھیلاؤ کی موجودگی ایک واضح اشارہ ہے کہ پوری دنیا میں اپنائے جانے والے طریقہ ہائے کار صفر ٹرانسمیشن کی ضمانت نہیں دے سکتے؛ اور اگر کوئی تمام احتیاطی تدابیر اختیار کررہا ہو، تب بھی انفیکشن کا شکار ہوسکتا ہے۔ اس منظر نامے میں حکمت عملی کو مؤثر بنانے اور معاشرے پر غیر معقول، نادان اور غیر سائنسی بوجھ کو کم کرنے کےلیے مزید تفہیم کی ضرورت ہے۔

ہمارے پاس بہت سی کیمیائی ادویہ ہیں جو انفیکشنز کے جواب میں تیار کی گئی ہیں۔ بدقسمتی سے وہ اس وائرس کے خلاف مؤثر نہیں کیونکہ ہوائی فائرنگ یا اندھی فائرنگ ہر بار نہیں کی جاسکتی۔ اس ہوائی فائرنگ کا اپنا ناقابل تلافی نقصان بھی ہوتا ہے۔ ہراساں اور گھبرایا ہوا معاشرہ ہر اُس لفظ کے پیچھے چل پڑتا ہے جس سے کچھ امیدیں ظاہر ہوتی ہیں۔ مفروضوں کو پیچھے چھوڑ جانے اور ان کی پیروی کرنے کی وجوہ نے ڈرائیونگ کی پوزیشن سنبھال لی ہے۔ یہ وبائیات کے جواب میں مستقبل کی تعلیم کےلیے ایک اور لازمی شعبہ ہے۔

ہیلتھ کیئر سسٹم کے بجائے بیماروں کی دیکھ بھال کا نظام، سائنس سے وابستہ توقعات کے تناظر میں منہدم ہوچکا ہے اور انسانی ذہن پر اس کا اثر بہت گہرا ہے۔ طبی ثبوت پیش کرنے میں تجارتی تعصب پر قابو پانے سے لے کر نئی ادویہ کی اجازت کےلیے بہتر ضابطے وضع کرنے تک میں حائل رکاوٹیں، اس شعبے کی پیش رفت میں خود ساختہ پہاڑ کی مانند ہیں۔ یعنی سائنس میں بے ایمانی درحقیقت مونوکلونل اینٹی باڈیز کی ترقی میں ایک علمی و جسمانی رکاوٹ ثابت ہوئی اور بدقسمتی سے خود اپنے ہی جال میں پھنس گئی۔

وائرس کی روک تھام کےلیے ویکسین کی ترقی زیادہ پیچیدہ اور مشکل کام ہے۔ موروثی خطرات اس مرض سے کہیں زیادہ خوفناک ہو سکتے ہیں اور اگر کچھ غلط ہوجاتا ہے تو اس کا نتیجہ نسلوں کو بھگتنا پڑتا ہے۔ حفاظت کا تعین کرنے کےلیے بہت سارے کام کی ضرورت ہے اور طبی قانون سازی کرنے اور اس پر عملدرآمد کروانے والوں (ریگولیٹرز) کے کاندھوں پر بھاری ذمہ داری عائد ہوتی ہے۔

سب سے زیادہ بے یقینی کی صورتحال نے ترقی کی راہ پر اس موضوع کو ترجیح دینے میں اہم نقائص کا انکشاف کیا۔ سائنس کتنی طاقتور ہے، کتنی بے بس ہے، کتنا جواب دینے کےلیے تیار ہے اور اس سے سبق حاصل کرنے میں کتنی تیز ہے؟ یہ اکیسویں صدی کے بنیادی سوالات ہیں اور ان کے جوابات آنے والے وقت میں قوموں کی دانشمندی، طاقت اور صلاحیت کو تقسیم کریں گے۔

ایک نظر نہ آنے والے وائرس کے نتیجے میں پیدا ہونے والی جنگی صورتحال اور اس سے منسلک آہ و بکا ہر کسی کو سنائی دے رہی ہے۔ ہم جانتے ہیں کہ یہ وائرس ایسے جہان میں رہتا ہے کہ اسے بھی اپنی آنکھوں سے دیکھا نہیں جاسکتا۔ یہ کتنا چھوٹا اور انسانی طاقت کو بے بس کرنے والا کتنا مہلک وجود ہے۔

ہم جانتے ہیں کہ ووہان میں انسانوں میں ایک انوکھا وائرس داخل ہوا، بنیادی طور پر نشانہ پھیپھڑوں کو بنایا۔ بڑی عمر کے لوگوں میں اور دل، سانس اور گردوں کی بیماریوں میں مبتلا افراد کو دوسروں کے مقابلے میں کہیں زیادہ نقصان پہنچایا۔ وائرس سے متاثرہ افراد کی شناخت کےلیے تشخیصی کٹ کی ترقی انسان کی کامیابی کی طرف پہلا قدم تھا۔ وائرس کی جینیاتی ترتیب کےلیے معلومات کا اشتراک ایک اور ذمہ دارانہ کارنامہ تھا جس نے دوسرے ممالک کو وائرس کے ابھرنے یا ان کے علاقوں میں پہنچنے سے پہلے جانچ کی کٹ کو تیزی سے تیار کرنے میں مدد فراہم کی۔

بدقسمتی سے دماغ پر بھروسہ کرنے کا رجحان کمزور پایا گیا اور پوری دنیا ایک معمولی وائرس پر قابو پانے میں ناکام ہوگئی۔ وائرس نے ووہان سے پوری دنیا میں سفر کرنا شروع کیا جو بے قابو دشمن کےلیے ایک چھوٹا سا میدان معلوم ہوتا ہے۔ مختصر سی آبادی (کلسٹر) سے لے کر قصبے تک، قصبے سے شہر تک، شہر سے ملک تک اور ملک سے ساری دنیا تک، ہر ایک کی زندگی بدل گئی؛ چاہے کوئی کمپنی کا ڈرائیور ہو یا مالک، مسلمان ہو یا عیسائی، غریب ہو یا امیر۔

وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ اور جتنا زیادہ سے زیادہ حقیقی وقت (real time) میں ڈیٹا دستیاب ہوتا جائے گا، ہم اس وبائی مرض اور ممکنہ نتائج کی واضح تصویر حاصل کرنے کے قابل ہوتے جائیں گے۔ یہ ظاہر بھی ہے اور اس کی وجوہ تسلیم بھی کرنی ہیں کہ اس کی شدت زیادہ نہیں کیونکہ اس ضمن میں مفصل اعداد و شمار ہمارے سامنے ہیں۔ دوسروں سے مصافحہ کرنا یا گلے لگانا ضروری نہیں، بلکہ ضرورت اس امر کی ہے کہ وائرس کی منتقلی کے ذرائع محدود سے محدود تر کیے جائیں۔ طرز زندگی کو صحت مند اور محفوظ ڈگر پر رکھتے ہوئے، ہمیں ہوا میں اس وائرس کے ذرات کی عمر جاننے کی ضرورت ہے جو آپ کی ناک کے ساتھ رابطے میں آسکتے ہیں۔ ہر کسی کو اس کے زیر اثر علاقے میں ہوا کی طرز اور ہوا کی تبدیلی کی شرح کا حساب لگانا ہوگا۔

یہ ضروری ہے کہ آپ یہ معلوم کرنے کی کوشش کریں کہ آپ کیا نہیں جانتے؟ اور جو کچھ آپ جانتے ہیں، وہ کیسے جانتے ہیں؟ آپ کے پاس کیا شواہد ہیں کہ جو آپ جانتے ہیں وہ درست بھی ہے؟

ریاست کےلیے یہ انتہائی ضروری ہے کہ وہ اینٹی باڈیز کی موجودگی کا تعاقب کرنے اور ان کے پھیلاؤ کا اندازہ لگانے کےلیے پورے ملک میں مطالعے کا انعقاد      کرے تاکہ زندگی ایک بار پھر پوری رفتار سے دوڑ سکے۔

     Corna virus: The search for truth is        essential for a defense strategy

The statistics now clearly show that

 If 200 or 400 or 600 people are infected with the novel corona virus, only one or less of them will lose their lives.  These figures are based on the world's fiercest battlefields: Spain, France, Italy, Britain, the United States and the Netherlands.  This means that if we have 200 or 300 patients with the novel corona virus, two of them could go into intensive care, one of which could save lives.  In this regard, the care system and the treatment of Covid 19 will definitely change the landscape in the future.

 On the other hand, the presence of antibodies to the corona virus is evidence that the person concerned was infected and certainly caused the outbreak.  The study found antibodies in Los Angeles at 5.6% by the first week of April 2020 and in Massachusetts at 32% (every third person) by the third week of April 2020.  The report revealed that last week's blood test found antibodies in 11% of samples in Stockholm and 3% in the Netherlands.  After the virus has been a guest in the human body for a few days, the levels of these antibodies increase so much that it can be detected in tests.  Different reports and different studies link the spread of non-disease and pre-symptomatic transmission.  Different studies have concluded 50 to 85 times more transmission than the data available in public studies.

 Other complex diseases account for up to 90% of deaths.  These complications or related diseases include high blood pressure, obesity, respiratory problems, diabetes and kidney disease.  Age, sex, weight, and racial affirmations confirm assumptions about mortality.  Lack of ventilators and the use of blind test drugs increased the damage and deaths of Nkvid 19.

 But not everyone is in danger.  One out of every ten people in Pakistan has signs of a naturally occurring immune system.  The prevalence in society is a clear indication that the methods adopted around the world cannot guarantee zero transmission; and even if one takes all precautions, one can still become infected.  In this scenario, more understanding is needed to make the strategy effective and reduce the irrational, ignorant and unscientific burden on society.

 We have a lot of chemicals that are made to fight infections.  Unfortunately, they are not effective against this virus because aerial firing or indiscriminate firing cannot be done every time.  This aerial firing also has its own irreparable damage.  Harassed and nervous society follows every word that conveys some hope.  Reasons to leave assumptions behind and follow them have taken over the driving position.  This is another essential area for future education in response to epidemics.

 The care system, rather than the health care system, has collapsed in the face of expectations from science, and its impact on the human mind is profound.  Barriers to the presentation of medical evidence, from overcoming commercial bias to better regulation of new drug approvals, are like a self-made mountain in the development of this sector.  That is, dishonesty in science actually proved to be a scientific and physical obstacle to the development of monoclonal antibodies and unfortunately fell into its own trap.

 Developing a vaccine to prevent the virus is a more complex and difficult task.  Hereditary hazards can be far more frightening than this disease, and if something goes wrong, the consequences can be devastating for generations.  There is a lot of work to be done to determine safety, and there is a heavy responsibility on the shoulders of those who legislate and enforce medical legislation.

 The most uncertain situation revealed significant shortcomings in prioritizing the subject on the path to development.  How powerful is science, how helpless is it, how ready is it to respond and how fast is it to learn from it?  These are the fundamental questions of the twenty-first century and their answers will divide the wisdom, power and potential of nations in the time to come.

 The war situation caused by an invisible virus and the sighs and cries associated with it are being heard by everyone.  We know that this virus lives in a world that cannot be seen with our own eyes.  What a small and deadly creature that weakens human power.

 We know that a unique virus entered humans in Wuhan, mainly targeting the lungs.  Older people and people with heart, respiratory and kidney diseases are more affected than others.  The development of a diagnostic kit to identify people infected with the virus was the first step towards human success.  Sharing information for the genetic sequence of the virus was another responsible task that helped other countries quickly develop test kits before the virus emerged or reached their territories.

 Unfortunately the tendency to rely on the brain was found to be weak and the whole world failed to control a minor virus.  The virus began to travel around the world from Wuhan, which seemed to be a small field for an uncontrollable enemy.  From a small population (cluster) to town, from town to town, from city to country and from country to world, everyone's life has changed; whether a company driver or owner, Muslim or Christian, poor  Be rich

 Over time and as more and more data becomes available in real time, we will be able to get a clearer picture of this epidemic and its possible consequences.  It is obvious and the reasons for this have to be acknowledged that the intensity is not high because we have detailed data in this regard.  It is not necessary to shake hands or hug others, but it is necessary to limit the means of transmission of the virus.  To keep our lifestyles healthy and safe, we need to know the age of the virus particles in the air that can come in contact with your nose.  Everyone has to calculate the wind pattern and the rate of change of air in the area under its influence.

 It is important that you try to find out what you do not know.  And how do they know what you know?  What evidence do you have that what you know is true?

 It is imperative for the state to conduct nationwide studies to track the presence of antibodies and assess their spread so that life can run at full speed once again.
